As a career and job search strategist, I have a passion to provide personalized and practical career services for individuals and corporations. I have in-depth experience as a consultant and executive providing expertise to individuals and corporate clients representing a wide range of industries and corporations.

In corporate roles, I’ve worked in a number of functional and senior HR roles including recruitment, assessment, and career and leadership development. My industry extensive experience includes manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and retail building materials with expertise in recruiting, staffing, and succession planning. Since 1999, I have been a Senior Account Executive with an executive search firm where client development, collaborating with management to determine recruitment needs, and candidate coaching are essential skills for success. My primary search practice has spanned senior level and key management assignments in the industry having placed senior executive, general management, sales, product management and operations talent.

Since the fall of 2008, I have also been involved in leading a Career Ministry in my local church in affiliation with Crossroads Career Network.

To bolster my skills, I am presently enrolled in a CDI sponsored résumé writing program as well as Job Search Strategist Training through the Career Coach Academy.
