Brett Moulton

Brett is currently board chairman at Canyon State Credit Union, an elected volunteer position with membership exceeding 20,000. He is also involved as a volunteer at the American Diabetes Association. In the past Brett was Category Manager in charge of "new goods" product line development at Goodwill Stores of Central Arizona. He energetically developed and managed "new goods" retail product lines for 46 Goodwill stores. This included managing product line daily performance and determining effective product mix to maximize sales and income. In addition, he oversaw the development and implemention of new goods related merchandising programs, design and execution of new goods training programs, and inventory control procedures. He has also worked in a variety of management, strategic planning, project management and training and development capacities at Safeway Stores Inc. He is a solutions-oriented operations and management executive with a proven track record of driving revenues and profits for a Fortune 50 corporation. Brett delivers business growth by building motivated teams of employees focused on achieving high company standards in a work environment dedicated to outstanding morale and team support. Brett is also accomplished in leading the start-up of new business units and the turnaround of poorly performing units, and has been selected on multiple occasions to develop and lead the planning and roll-out of pilot corporate programs. In addition, he has facilitated the training of over 150 senior managers, operations staff and business unit managers on Safeway’s Diversity Initiative. Brett is a graduate of Virginia Tech, earning his Bachelors degree in Management. He has also completed course work on Non-Profit Organizational Management. Brett resides in Phoenix, Arizona. In his spare time he enjoys mountain climbing, hiking, cycling, boating, quading, tennis and ping-pong.
