Angela Bussio

Angela Bussio maintains responsibility for all aspects of the popular online stress reduction and management service Real Stress Solutions. She established Real Stress Solutions through Attracting Joy LLC, where she presides as founder and CEO. Real Stress Solutions supports a variety of advanced 21st-century resources and services aimed toward helping individuals manage stress and gain greater life balance.

In her capacity with Real Stress Solutions, Angela Bussio directs a skilled virtual team in providing a spectrum of modern stress reduction options, including an iPhone application, in-home coaching services, and online programs like Design Your Destiny and Stress For Success. She also hosts an Internet-based radio show and functioned as a regular personality on the KJZZ-TV show Home Team. Additionally, with co-authors Barbara DeAngelis, Brenden Burchard, and Mark Victor Hansen, Angela Bussio helped pen the best-selling book How Did You Do That!: Stories of Going For It.

 

Actively engaged with her community, Angela Bussio sustains professional memberships in the Experts Industry Association and the Women’s Information Network, and she acts as Utah State Representative for the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology. Ms. Bussio also founded the charity Abundant Harvest Farms, an Africa-focused farming initiative that helps to fulfill basic community needs. Married for over 25 years and a mother of five, she regularly volunteers with her family’s church and serves as a member of the local school committee council.

Angela Bussio possesses a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, having graduated from Brigham Young University in 2004 with a 3.5 GPA. Ms. Bussio also holds professional accreditations as an Energy Psychology Therapist and a Master Rapid Eye Technician. Prior to her present role, she operated a private practice as a Master Energy Health Practitioner.
