Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel domain name purchases.

Domain names are a different type of purchase than most products.  Once you have bought your domain name, it is registered at the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) for one year and there is no domain provider that will cancel a name once it is purchased.  Essentially, if we cancel your account at Ziggs, the domain registration is still active and we can’t cancel that.  So we would own your domain for the next year and then when it expires, it would go on the open market. 

We think we offer the most streamlined product as to where you can point your domain name once you own it.  If you don’t want to keep it with us after a year, choose not to activate auto-renew on your account and your name will expire.
