Question:

How can I change the information that appears on my profile's header, such as my name?

Answer:

To update your header information:

1. Log in to your Ziggs account here

2. Click the Accounts link near your Profile image on the Hub page.

3. Once on that screen, you can edit any of the fields for the header, including your name. We recommend using the First and Last Name Alias boxes for hyphenated names or otherwise non-standard names to ensure you show up properly in searches.
