Jon M Queen's Bio:

Mr. Queen creates, structures and manages the development of projects and capital market transactions in Ukraine. In addition to equity and fixed income placements, Jon executes deals under the Kyoto Protocol’s Clean Development Mechanism, Joint Implementation Mechanism, as well as under the WWF’s Gold Standard and the Voluntary Carbon Standard.

Before joining Jaspen Capital Partners, Jon M. Queen was a Director and Head of International Sales at Phoenix Capital - a full service investment bank based in Kiev. Mr. Queen previously was an Executive Director at the Anemone Group of Companies, as well as a Senior Vice President of the International Environmental Trading Group and its Eastern European Head. Prior to working at IETG, he was a member of the financial services team at John Hancock and an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he helped undertake the firm's climate change and greenhouse gas business development initiative.

Mr. Queen specializes in finance, law and economics; specifically trading transactions, project financing, contract drafting, legal analysis, and risk calculation.
