Biography

i am seeking to work with investor groups or management teams who want to restructure the current operations and transform their business model, organization and market position through organic actions or M&A.

Father and Husband for 33 years. Have lived overseas in Munich Germany with my family as I managed the International Operations of a $1.5 billion company. We have traveled the world as a result of my international business experences.

My children are now in college and I am seeking to build a network of investors and executives with whom I can work as an interim executive, Board member, coach and transformation driver.
