Biography
Antoine Santoni is an expert in economics and an experienced international executive. Formerly the CEO of Tele2 (INVIK Group) in Luxembourg, Antoine Santoni currently serves as Speaker of the Management Board for Luxgateway SA, a technology firm focused on mobile video applications for the telecommunications industry. In his current position, Antoine Santoni focuses on ways to make Luxgateway SA a more viable and competitive part of the mobile video marketplace. Since joining the firm in 2006, Antoine Santoni has spearheaded a number of worthwhile projects, including the design and implementation of an independent European content platform and the patenting of automatic video recognition and encoding technology for all mobile devices. On top of his leading work with Luxgateway SA, Antoine Santoni currently serves as an official Economic Adviser to the French Government. The Prime Minister of France nominated Antoine Santoni to his advisory position in 2006, earning reappointment in 2009. Antoine Santoni maintains membership in a variety of leading industry groups and professional organizations throughout Europe, including Club des Affaires Franco-Allemand in Berlin, DeutschlandGroup in Berlin, Marketing Club Berlin, Berlin Capital Club, Club Economique Franco Allemand in Paris, and the Octopus Network in Finland. Antoine Santoni got his start in the field of finance as an employee of Dresdner Bank AG in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Over the course of his nearly 20-year career, Antoine Santoni has served in a number of managerial positions, including Head of Financial Analysis for Banque Paribas in Germany and Vice President of Group Controlling and Budgeting for RTL Group in Luxembourg. Before beginning his career, Antoine Santoni studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Augsburg in Germany. Antoine Santoni also studied for one year at the University of California, Irvine. In 1999, Antoine Santoni completed his doctorate. Mr. Santoni earned his PhD in Politics from the University of Darmstadt, in conjunction with the University of St. Gallen.
