In March 2007, he was invited to attend the Jeddah Economic Forum in Saudi Arabia as an expert on China. In October 2007, he was invited by Mars, Inc., the world’s largest privately owned company, to speak in Shanghai as an expert on China focused on Chinese negotiating strategies.
Benjamin Wey possesses extensive international business experience, broad contacts and in-depth cultural familiarity as an expert on China. He has appeared in numerous feature stories on magazine covers including China Capital Markets, China Economic Weekly and China Equity Markets among others. In 2006, Benjamin Wey was awarded the golden key to the city of Suning, China’s Hebei Province for his leadership to the establishment of a 120 student elementary school benefiting poor children and orphans. A naturalized US citizen, Benjamin Wey came to the United States as a teenager on a Valedictorian and Full Academic Scholarship. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an MBA in Finance.
