Doctor Britt Borden earned his MD degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. After earning his degree, Dr Britt Borden completed a general surgery internship at Chicago's Northwestern University, completing Neurosurgery Residency at West Virginia University, and a Spine Surgery Fellowship at Norfolk's Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Britt Borden completed a brain tumor surgery fellowship at the John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County.

Britt Borden MD was a team member of a research team studying the effects of DNA-based cytokine-secreting vaccine on cells regulating immune response.
