What is your favorite color and what do you think it reflects in your personality?
Cary: My favorite color is Blue because it represents the wide-open sky - anything is possible and it's a bigger world out there than we can ever imagine. Reach for the stars!

Do you think that you are successful?
Cary: I am only successful when I'm happy. It has nothing to do with materialistic things - as I've had and have many things. Success is surrounding yourself with happy people who love what they do. Enjoying every moment as if it were your last....because you never know when it's your time.

If you could give the world one piece of advice, what would it be?
Cary: Surround yourself with the best and get rid of the rest.

Cary: Working with great people and helping others.

If you could see yourself ten years in the future, what would you be doing?
Cary: The same thing I'm doing today....working with great people. I'll never retire.
