The life worth living is the life invigorated daily with healthy living, worthy goals, and a vision of abundance and joy for yourself and everyone you meet.

Biographical and autobiographical notes are always minii sketches in time of dates and activities significant and of chronological importance. From a humble birth at 2 lbs. 5 oz in 1945 to the present, my life has been full and my story within stories as compelling, joyful, heart breaking and fulfilling as yours.

At the age of 40 I posted a sign in my office: Life Begins At Forty. Then: Life Begins At Fifty. Now: Life Begins At Sixty. I plan to post four more Life Begins At signs in my life. I can't imagine having a lesser vision of one's longevity.
