Jermaine is currently employed by A Sublime Creation Design Studios as a President/CEO. Prior to joining A Sublime Creation Design Studios, Jermaine worked in a variety of management and individual contributor positions at companies including YMCA and Toys R Us.

Jermaine was born in Miami, Florida and now resides in Toledo, Ohio. He is in a committed relationship with 2 children, Destiney Kight age 8 and Daylen Carpenter age 1. In his spare time Jermaine enjoys DDR (aerobics) and roller skating.
