Kevin L. Jackson is a senior information technologist specializing in information technology solutions that meet critical Federal government operational requirements. Currently, he serves as Director, Business Development for Dataline, Inc., the President and founder of Zocom Inc., and a technology consultant for Gerson Lehrman Group.
Mr. Jackson’s successes include;
• Attaining the $50M multi-industry global revenue target for IBM’s Mobile & Wireless solutions.
• Developing the IBM Federal Mobile & Wireless middleware business from $60K in 2002 to $1.7M in 2004.
• Leading a Y2K transition project that impacted virtually every JP Morgan Chase system without sustaining failures.
• Expanding Sentel Corp. into the commercial sector with the introduction of wireless data communication solutions.
• Closing multi-million dollar deals after successfully commercializing and selling wireless workflow and process management technology to Boeing, CSC, United Space Alliance and Lockheed Martin.
• Saving Framatone Technologies $5M+ in annual overhead costs by implementing a paperless procedure system.
• Building and growing Tera Research’s new consulting business to generate $1M+ within the 1st year of operations.
• Leading the design and implementation of classified and unclassified websites for the National Reconnaissance Office and the Defense Intelligence Agency.
In the military Kevin served as a Naval Aviator in the US Navy, achieving specializations in Space Systems Engineering, Air Logistics and Airborne Command and Control.
Mr. Jackson received his undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy in Aerospace Engineering, a MA in National Security & Strategic Studies from the US Naval War College, and a MS in Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering) from the Navy Postgraduate School..
