Pere is currently employed by Profesionalia as a Marketing Communications Director. Prior to joining Profesionalia, Pere worked in a variety of management and individual contributor positions at companies including Elogia, Comlógico, Meto and Esselte.
He is also the founder and executive director of "inusual" (inusual.org), a cross-creative platform of different professional communities. In this platform, talented interactive designers, creative directors, information architects, marketers, art directors, copyrighters, illustrators, animators, programmers, interact. All these professionals share their experience and passion for interactive creativity.
Pere is well known in 'brand experience design,' the intersection of new marketing, brand engagement and interaction design. He thinks that traditional interruptive advertising, branding and marketing isn't working anymore. Now the consumer have the power, you can't interrupt them, but they can interrupt you...
He says that people are not targets anymore, people are communities, they expect to be treated with care and respect. Today the only way to archieve customer loyalty and return business is to adapt the marketing models to engage people.
Pere is a graduate of Universitat Barcelona, earning his Master in Managing Communications. He also earned his Master Executive in eMarketing, CRM, eCommerce from ICEMD-ESIC.
He was born in Barcelona (Spain) and still resides there. He is Married with no children. In his spare time Pere enjoys managing the inusual community Traveling, Music and Cinema.
