Jessie Newburn finds practical solutions for organizations to connect with the varying interests of America's generations.
Her work frequently involves new media -- the convergence of marketing, advertising and pr on the web -- and strategies involving blogs, YouTube, Facebook, social bookmarking, social technology, podcasts, lenses, search results, online reputation and more. From project conceptualization through to design and implementation, she supports organizations' mission and vision. But it's not just larger organizations that benefit from using social technology: Jessie helps individuals strategically develop their online profiles, as well.
Jessie began her career with the founding of Do The Write Thing. In that role, she wrote 1000+ résumés, and, in essence, gave herself a thorough education in how people and organizations get things done.
Aware of the motivations, markers and methods of America's generations, she educates and consults clients in how to market to, connect with and communicate with our four extant generations, emphasizing approaches to the two youngest generations: 13ers and Millennials.
Jessie also provides Thinking Buddies support in strategically managing the web presence and identity of individuals and companies, thus, regenerating her earlier experience of résumé writing in today's information-rich, online world.
Recently, Jessie has also begun building the business of American City Girls, where she co-actively partners with long-time friend Cherie Beck.
