BACKGROUND
Greg Stevens uses his unique combination of abilities and passions to contribute to the success of museums, schools, and theatres that focus on learners, audience, and community. Greg is a goal-oriented project manager, professional development specialist, and audience advocate. He has been described by colleagues and clients as creative, conceptual, industrious, and persuasive.
PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
Greg currently works for the American Association of Museums (AAM) as Assistant Director for Professional Development. In this capacity, Greg is responsible for developing and overseeing seminars, workshops and e-learning programs for a wide range of museum professionals. Greg is proud to be an enthusiastic contributor to cross-functional teams in the development of leadership initiatives for AAM. Greg is also principal of Connect the Dots Creative Services, an adjunct faculty member in the Museum Education Program at The George Washington University and has been a working artist and theatre designer for over 20 years.
