Carlos is currently employed by himself as a Sourcing Program Manager. Prior to starting his own practice, Carlos worked in a variety of management and individual contributor positions at companies including Ariba, Inc, FreeMarkets, Inc. and Corporacion Noboa.

Carlos is a graduate of Universidad de Guayaquil, earning his Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. Carlos also earned his Masters in Business Administration from INCAE Business School.

Carlos was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. In his spare time Carlos enjoys coffee making, tweaking his Linux box and reading about history.
