What is your favorite book and why?
Jonathan: My favorite book, I would recommend to anyone is WINNING by Jack Welch and Suzy Welch.
Jack Welch is a management genius who strived on bringing simplicity back in management. His management philosophy is very result oriented and makes sense.
Anyone who reads this will find an inner stimulation and fuel for their drive no matter which stage of their career they are in.

If there was one person, alive or dead, that you could spend a day with, who would it be? Why?
Jonathan: Nelson Mandela,
Why? I would like to spend time him to learn how he kept is passion and motivation for the past 30 years. He is a man who stood for what he believed in and still he is.
