What was your most difficult decision in the last year and what made it so difficult?
Jon: A recent difficult decision was leaving my old job at Phoenix Capital. I had worked closely with the bank's management and I shared their optimistic entrepreneurial spirit. But as you age, it becomes increasingly important to justify what you are doing and where you are going each morning when you shave in the mirror. At some point I realized it was time to move on and pursue different opportunities.
