Do you love what you do? Why?
Jennifer: I absolutely love what I do! If I ever stop loving this business, I will close it. I can't imagine having the same passion for helping people if I don't thoroughly enjoy what I do. And if I can't give 100% then I have no right asking people to pay me.

When did you first realize what you wanted to do for a career?
Jennifer: When I got a job doing this for someone else. I wondered why I couldn't do the same thing...only better. :)

In high school, what was your favorite subject and why?
Jennifer: English because I was good at it and I always won the spelling bees.

What is your favorite color and what do you think it reflects in your personality?
Jennifer: Orange. I love orange! It's refreshing. It represents happiness, energy, balance, enthusiasm, and playfulness. It's the color of many delicious foods (pumpkins, oranges, carrots, pumpkins, some bell peppers, etc.).

What is your favorite book and why?
Jennifer: Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. It's about a young man who sets out in the search of enlightenment. I won't tell you the rest because it will ruin the ending. :)

What is the greatest risk you've taken that resulted in failure?
Jennifer: I opened a small cafe when I lived in Colorado. Since I had several years of experience managing a cafe, I thought this would be a piece of cake. Well, I had no idea how to write a business plan, get financing, do market research, etc. Consequently, my savings ran out and my business closed after only a few months.

Do you have a 'good luck' charm? What is it and why is it so special to you?
Jennifer: Yeah this is slightly embarrassing but worth the laugh! I have a "Lucky Chuck-E". It's a token from Chuck-E-Cheese's that I have held on to for more than 15 years.

What is your favorite quote and what does it mean to you?
Jennifer: "A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new." -- Albert Einstein.
I am full of ideas and I am always trying out something new. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I make mistakes. Each mistake is like a new opportunity to me.
