What is your favorite book and why?
Courtney: The Dharma Bums by Jack Kerouac because his style of writing really follows no rules and proves that in order to be a success, you do not have to do it the way everyone has before you.

Name one person that has singlehandedly influenced you most
Courtney: My Dad! As a psychologist, he started many programs for children, teenagers and adults, including the Crisis Center in our hometown. He also owned several restaurants and delis and taught me about the entrepreneurial spirit.

Name one event that has singlehandedly influenced you most
Courtney: Moving to Australia when I was a teenager, and traveling through South East Asia on the way there. Very eye-opening and inspiring.

If there was one person, alive or dead, that you could spend a day with, who would it be? Why?
Courtney: Hands down, Steve Jobs. I love the man's ideas and I know he would love mine.

What is your favorite color and what do you think it reflects in your personality?
Courtney: Orange. It reflects that I am a Cleveland Browns fan!

What is your favorite hobby or past time?
Courtney: Swimming laps. There is no better place to get some serious thinking done.

In high school, what was your favorite subject and why?
Courtney: History because human beings are absolutely fascinating.

Do you love what you do? Why?
Courtney: Absolutely. Every day I get to venture into a new industry. My clients teach me so much about so many different kinds of businesses. It's almost like having a new job every day.
