What is your favorite quote and what does it mean to you?
Andy: "Life is all about strategy, mathematics and psychological perceptiveness"
Statistics, generalities, relativity, stereotypes.. all forms of aggregation. The world is nothing but a layer of views, scopes, that frame situations. Within all of these there are similiarities, predictabilities, insights to be gleaned. I love how with the proper eye and mindset one can navigate a seemingly complicated set of systems with ease.

Name one person that has singlehandedly influenced you most
Andy: Jeff Hoffman, my best friend. We've known each other for almost 15 years. He has contributed to my character by helping me identify truths of integrity, respect, and honor, to name a few within the fabric of the sometimes convoluted self during critical points in my growth. If it were not for him I may have never tamed a dark fire which grew in me as a youth. He helped to replace it with laughter and selflessness, for which I am forever greatful.

What was the most important decision you have ever made in regards to your career?
Andy: Knowing that you are in control and beginning to take it.
