Have increased company’s revenue through a combination of sales of web hosting and increasing of billing terms for existing customers during tough economic times. Created Spanish-language version of the company’s website: www.web-hospedaje.net, as well as a website to assist current and potential customers to design, optimize, submit and maintain their websites for the search engines (www.freewebsitehelp.net). Was able to achieve #3 ranking in Google out of 56 million sites under the terms “free website help”, using the tools from the site. Am in charge of lead generation for the Sales Department and all outbound sales efforts. I increased the standards for the Sales Department and tried to convert it into a group of professionals who do not watch the clock, and are not just sitting around waiting for the phone to ring.

Increased company’s revenue through a combination of sales of their products (web design, search engine optimization, shared and dedicated hosting and domain names) from inbound calls that resulted from the company’s marketing efforts, and the 100 + daily outbound calls that I would make. The outbound calls were a mixture of cold calls to new businesses, and warm calls to up-sell existing customers. From the time that I started, I outsold the other reps and doubled the goals set by management, even after they were increased. I received many awards each year I was there. They included: Salesman of the Year, Most Revenue Earned, Most Outbound Calls, etc.

My responsibility was to purchase the packaging materials for a Maquiladora in Tijuana (Japanese-owned). This was done by continuously monitoring the inventory, as well as checking production. I dealt very closely with vendors to continuously reduce prices by an average of 5% annually.
