Motorsports
Our master planner works on an extensive design for Universal/Seagrams/Ferrari's MotorCity planned for Milan Italy.
MotorCity is envisioned as the Ground-Zero of motorsports in all the world. The project incorporates sponsored rides and attractions allowing manufacturers the opportunity to engage quests as a focus group providing invaluable research. Test tracks, museums, automobile showcases, entertainment retail and resorts provide visitors of all ages the opportunity to participate in all aspects of motorsports.
Universal Studios Escape Orlando, Florida
850 acre resort including five hotels, two theme parks, entertainment food and retail, and a 36 hole golf resort.
Universal Islands of Adventure
90 acre rides oriented theme park consisting of Seuss Landing, Lost Continent, Isla Nublar-Jurassic Park, Toon Lagoon, Super Hero Island, and the Port of Entry with interconnectivity at Universal City Walk.
Universal Studios Japan, Osaka, Japan
100 acre movie based theme park designed after Universal Studios Florida with enhanced guest flow and attraction distribution with the inclusion of a few new, yet undisclosed concept/properties. Additionally a City Walk development with interconnect railway lines/access to the park.
Universal Studios Hollywood, Second Gate, Universal City, CA
30 acre family theme park anchoring the opposite side of Citywalk. Design aimed at establishing ultimate build-out possibilities of the 486 acre property.
Universal Studios International Theme Park
30 acre movie based iron ride theme park with hotels, Citywalk and second gate potentials. Masterplanned with flexibilities designed in for consideration in various major cities around the globe.
Universal Studios Citywalk On the Road
The reinvention of Citywalk with a focus on maximum flexibility in consideration of multiple sites nationally and internationally. Particular efforts toward development of new branded entertainment restaurants, clubs and retail.
