The Houston Area Water Corporation (HAWC) is a local, not-for-profit governmental corporation created by the City of Houston to provide the oversight, management and implementation of integrated solutions that meet or exceed environmental, economic, and sociopolitical requirements with respect to its water rights and assets.
As a director of the HAWC, it is my honor to serve and contribute whatever business experience and specialized knowledge to develop specific, integrated solutions that meet HAWC's regulations and business goals, in addition to leveraging our city's well-established relationships with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies that help us provide cost-effective integrated resolutions that benefit all stakeholders.

Princeton and its alumni recognize that the issue of race relations continues to be one of the most urgent and important challenges facing our country. We have created this program to identify and commend young people who are working to increase understanding and mutual respect among all races. Through the Princeton Prize, we hope to encourage others to join in these or similar efforts and to undertake initiatives of their own.
